Ok so I really wanna help everyone by making really amazing menus for mw2 and stuff... Problem is... I don't have a JTAG/RGH D: So... I am asking all of you with all that good knowledge... What programs do I need to make a menu. And if you could some useful Dvars please? If no one will post the Dvars I can always look em up.
