Multiple people are experiencing this issue or something similar to this issue. These are the only videos I found, for now. Will keep you updated.

Try taking the battery outfor half an hour or so and put it back in and turn it on.. see if that works?

I had two iPhone 5s ordered to my house, none of them experienced that problem.
