Right now, the only thing you can really do, is simply tell your parents and have them cancel your charges, call Microsoft and tell them what happened, if you can provide enough proof you can get the account back and if you tell your parents they can get the charges canceled.
Not kicking you while your down, but it would be a good idea not to post an account with a credit card on it on a public forum.

Well they can't see the card number because it blocks out everything except the last 4 numbers
