The build needs re-doing, completely. You can do a LOT better for that money. Head over to the Custom Pc topic in the PC support section, they'll help you there.

Kingston RAM runs at 1.65v, which is incompatible with Intel CPU's. Need to find a kit that runs at 1.5v or less.

212 EVO, not 212+. EVO has a smoother baseplate with more heat-pipe contact, which leads to much better idle temps and slight cooler load.

Locked CPU.

Crap video card.

Crap case with shoddy construction and zero features.

Skimped out on the PSU.

Ricer RAM. Get a low profile kit.

Incompatible MB.

Paying for Windows with such a small budget.

The build is terrible.

There is nothing wrong with paying for Windows. latest security updates, MSE, and guaranteed to work.
