This is a quest weapon, and isn't rare. The stats don't apply to the gun, it's like the Bane.

ive got the exact same gun as well as some other rares like it,add my GT Fallout Reaping,i'll duplicate them for you guys..

Yeah, I just got that gun by doing a side quest for Mal. He wanted to be a human. ):

Any ways, it's not real. Why do you think the description says: "Would I lie to you?"

It really does around 376 DMG. And look at the magazine size. 1204? LOL!
