I would change the CPU to an i5 3570k and remove both of the GPU's to and add a 660 GTX and downgrade the ram to 8 GBs, 16gb is overkill.

Not what you want to hear at all, but it needs to be re-done from the ground up. You can do WAAAAAAAAY better with a high budget like that and odds are the sound card is completely useless. You have to have good headphones to get the most of that, and by good I don't mean gaming headphones.

Waiting for what root hes the master but still i usually go with 16GBs of ram its what i usually get

i wouldn't say 16Gb is overkill if he's going to be using it, plus i5 suck! there overpriced, stick with AMD!
