Hey guys, I have a fairly decent computer, except the graphics card is terrible.
Here are the specs of my computer:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU. E7400 @2.80GHz
RAM: 4 GB(up gradable to 16GB)
64 Bit Operating System
Current Graphics Card: Intel(R) G35 Express Chipset Family

My max budget for a graphics card is about $100

If you need me to post anything more about my computer, just say so.

Will rep if someone suggests a good one.

That PC isn't terribly old, and since you have a low enough budget for a grahics card, I won't recommend you build a new PC. Around the $100 price point, my first choices are the AMD 7750 and 6670. I can't do links right now, but I'll give you a model #, just look them up on newegg.
6670: MSI R6670-MD1GD5
7750: ASUS HD7750-1GD5-V2
I can't really recommend anything else unless you're willing to step up your budget to buy a 7770.

That's not a good recommendation at all. For one, the i7 is pointless for 99% of people. 8GB of RAM is fine. The 550 Ti is not a recommendable card right now.

i7 is not pointless lmao. I use it for video rendering and it is a faster CPU..if he just games then ill say go with i5. Also the 550TI is pretty cheep and i can run any game on ultra besides BF3 ( i run that on High) anyway i seen you're sticky post and you do know alot more about this then me.. i just started to learn.

Exactly, pointless for the 99% that would not use Hyperthreading or use it enough to justify it. It's only faster if you use Hyperthreading.

The 550 Ti is outclassed by cards in its price range.
