Everytime I try to inject a modded gamesave file into my flashdrive after rehashing and resigning, it asks me if i'd like to overwrite. If I do it'll delete my other modded gamesave on my flashdrive and if I try to transfer a modded gamesave to my xbox's hard drive, it'll overwrite my "legit" file. Any help? Suggestions? Am i messing up somewhere and if so is there a possible way to have multiple modded gamesaves as you can have multiple characters?

rename it from Save0001 to Save0002 or Save0003, etc.

Exactly. That's why your saves are overwriting each other. Downloading a Borderlands 2 save named, "Save0001" will overwrite that specific file name stored on your HDD. Do as he suggested.
