I know and like I said being in those rooms gets a 2 week suspension, so explain to me why my brand new console was banned when I've never had a suspension of any kind no warning for anything just out of no where I'm banned.

You are correct but The Pro said himself if you got any prestige for free or by points from other users you will be suspended.....not banned.

i did notice that, and i think they are wrong for that, many are just getting console banned and suspended gt's.
