I ordered my controller from Evil on September 5th and its
still not here ! I have contacted Two people who work for them
and they said that it should be shipped in the next 24-48 hours....
And its been a week now ! Is this a scam?

Of course it's not a scam, Evil are a legitimate company, there just may be a little backlog that's all, I mean come on, imagine having to constantly process all of the orders that they must be getting.

September 5th.... It has been 13 busniess days...

No it's not a scam you should ask for a discount or a longer warranty

if you did not choose express shipping your controller is gonna take a little longer, because of the fact, they ship the controllers that were ordered with express shipping, it costs 45$ but you get the controller within 2-3 days, i got my controller in 32hours. its 100% Legit, no scam about this website, the controllers are amazing, and i'm glad to have gotten mine from them.
