I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news.. but this is a...strange build to say the least. Why the 750W PSU? Unless you plan on heavily upgrading, complete overkill. If it's for casual use I would of recommended an I3 or an I5. Both would blitz anything you throw at it. The graphics card is fine if you aren't gaming, a nice cheap SSD wouldn't go amiss, nor would a bigger HDD.

750W PSU for a casual computer?
Fan controller for a casual computer?
180GB HDD?
Whaaa
And abit of cable management wouldn't be bad.

I did try some cable management and tied most of it away but some wires like the temp probes I couldn't find away to hide them.
The 750w was a chance I took really, because I wasn't sure how big or small I needed it to be and I wasn't sure if I was going to upgrade or not in the future so I took a chance and went big incase I upgrade.
The small HDD was a bad mistake but when I bought an expensive graphics card for 200 goin over budget it turned out the card didn't work and I lost all money on it. So I had to use most of my HDD cash to buy another card which is why the HDD is a bit on the small side

Why didn't you just send the card back to place where you bought it?

Bought it from eBay so it was second hand, and I couldn't prove if it worked before. Or after I had it. I opened a dispute and it went in the sellers favoure so I lost all money and had to sell it as faulty
