I'm building a custom pc but when im choosing parts how do i know if my cpu will bottleneck my gpu or whatever?

What is your build so far? We can tell you if there is any bottlenecking, but I highly doubt there is. Usually higher end cards begin to bottleneck with Intels pentium/celeron series.
