It says 12 in different languages then followed by a h meaning hours. And since this is a very reliable source we can assume to see the trailer around 1:15PM EST

Note: If it's exactly 12 hours, then 1:13PM :|

No problem ;) But it does say that the EST is Daylight Savings, an the GMT isn't IDK if that makes a difference, because here 1:15PM is 2 hours away.
