Please Rate and Fix if you want just replace it. Also need to know if CPU will bottleneck GPU.

The CPU is very old,get an intel processor and try to get the Ti version except from that I don't really see any problems.

Not a thing wrong with the Phenom II X4. It's still very competitive for the price, but you should consider an i3-3220 and an H77/B75 motherboard. Also:

I know it is still god value but I don't recommend it for gaming over intel.
I had it now I'm going Intel for the speed.

At a certain price point, the Phenom ii x4 is a winner. If you do have the extra money, an i3/H77 setup might be good for you.
Though I see no reason to grab a non-Ti 660, there are better options for that price point, such as the 7850. Some options:

When I hear red LED case, my mind goes to CM HAFs..

This one is a mid tower, but is compatible with larger motherboards (lots of upgrading room)
