buy a transfer cable or try a differant usb device

Did you format the USB or Configure it to your xbox? You need to do that first before you can transfer it

Connect the usb to your xbox then configure it for your xbox360. You will know it is not configured when you click on the USB and it gives you two options , customize and configure now. Configure it and your good.

Recover you xbox live profile and then it should work
if not then your usb doesnt have enough space for it
