if you ordered the ultimate edition and you placed your order for UE then you should get the UE and if not then complain !!!!!

Yeah man i ordered mine like the 1st of August and it WAS available.

I normally never have problems with Amazon, but I have Not had a dispatch email or anything

if your getting it at midnight release then its technically friday morning because the shop doesnt sell the game until its midnight.

You wont get it exactly midnight either, i went to the BF3 midnight release and didnt get it untill around 00.45am.
