yes they will not everyone lives over in the uk people in the usa already have the game it was released yesterday!

Yes but you risk a console/account ban.

They are usually loaded up with stolen cards or the account is stolen and the card on it is used to buy the points.

Still not worth it since the card used to buy them can be stolen.
