look at the powerbrick, is it getting power?

i guarantee its not, i uploaded the video the night before i shipped it. if your power brick is not lighting up mess around with it and its cables, plug into different outlets, etc. i had troubles with it myself its the only one i had left and you stressed the nee for cables

The power brick lights up yellow, i have used an original powerbrick for my retail xbox and the one you sent me and nothing

Nope I know the console is getting power though, because I can see a red light inside the console but thats all, absolutely nothing else

try a wired controller.


the paint can have covered up contact on the touch-sensitive faceplate. if thats the case just turn it on with a wired contoller and then sync a wireless. im 99% thats the problem if its a painted console.

from then on simply boot the console with your controller and eject also. you should be good if your still having problems i can try and help you on skype

Alright thank god its working now. So when it wasnt turning on i removed the hard drive to see it that was the problem. Noe i cant het it back in, how do i?

make sure it is plugging in the right way. look at the hdd plug on the xbox in good light and line it up with the hdd. if done correctly it will go in with a small amount of force. do not put al your might into it or you will break it.

Alright well i have it in there pretty good and its still notcreading the hdd, Its a pain to take it out too
