Yeah so... i have no clue when or how this happened. when i opened up my xbox i turned it on and only one of the fans was spinning. the other fan trys to start but stops, the trys then stops, for ever. I really hope i didnt fry anything?

Hopefully its just the fan and not the fan controller. Try checking with another fan(like a PC one) if they work.

If you have any spare xbox fans, try them out and see if its those fans themselves.
If it still doesn't work, you can do the 12v fan mod and that should solve your problem.

i tried to plug up the fan into my computer and it didnt work. i dont have any spare xbox fans and i cant 12v mod cause i cant solder =(
