Every 25 Posts = 1 rep

Every 100 rep = 1 rep.

Rep is Reputation Power. You get them by helping others and they rep you or you get them every 25 post.

Reputation increasing as posts do, Every 25 posts is 1 rep power, every 100 rep points = 1 rep power. SO it alows you to give more rep also the people who have been around longer or have helped more people will receive more rep points from other people

You can also receive rep points by helping others and they will rep you points 100 rep points - 1 rep power.
