I know I sound like Im looking for problems but my power brick I purchased isn't working. I have been using my retail power brick for the rgh and now I just tried using the one you gave me and it doesn't work. The problem is in the cord you plug into the wall not the actual brick itself, which I found out with some troubleshooting with my retail power brick and cords. I hate to complain but I also want it all to work.

like i told you, it is tricky. try using a different cable, different outlet, wiggle it around, etc. it was the only set i had left and it took me a while to get it to work. try the cord from your other power suppply, could be that. just mess with it until you get that orange/yellowish light on it and that means its got power

so its the cord not the power unit itself?

if its the cord then it could have become bent, im not a pro with power cords i just know they supply power:p uhhhh, if its the cord nothing else i dont know what i can do, they use a pretty standard cable. most desktop computers use it, a 2 or 3 prong will work you should be able to get one at walmart for a buck or two. i cant send refunds through paypal but if you have another means of money transfer i can send you the $2 it costs for a replacement
