lucily nobody was harmed but he caused it in a failure to yeild.... he wanted me to figure out the rough overall cost so... how bad do u think this will affect his insurance.... im not thinking its gonna be verry good

Well an accident and a ticket will cause insurance to go through the roof. Depending on his insurance and vehicle, it can vary.
