Ok well i dont know if it works but try moving your gamesave to a flashdrive and start a new game and see if it works

do i have to delete my game save and start a new one on the flashdrive and can i backitup on the computer?

just move it to your flashdrive and start up FM4 and click your HDD Not your flashdrive and see if it works
