If you have people low on fitness, just swap them with other players in your club so they can get a rest.

when you make a new squad put all of the new squad on the bench of your other team and vice versa then all you have to do is play like 3 matches with one team and so on and so forth you will find your self making each team better until they are brilliant EDIT: when you play a match with your other squad on the bench there fitness rises a little bit

When you get a gold team and important players and don't want to rest them, fitness cards are around 150coins BID so yeah, just play single player matches, start making a silver team I would start making a championship team if not, a gold team
