We are coding using Visual Studio as our IDE and coding in C++ and Java later in the course.
I am just looking for feedback and help, Thanks!

We are coding right now using Visual Basic C++ (It is same as C++) and soon will also be learning Java later in the year
You cant be coding in visual basic C++. There is no such thing. Do you not mean you are using visual studio? That is the ide that you can code visual basic in, visual C, and many more...
Lucky you if you are doing C++ so early. We were tought VB 6(Which is out dated) and it was very basic at school.
If you really like programming you'll need to teach your self some extra stuff because what you will get tought at school will be very basic..

I'm surprised you're not learning Java. Typically the curriculum for high school computer science classes consist of basic Java and then some advanced AP lessons.

Kudos to them for teaching C++. At my school we were taught Java, which I hate haha. I wish they had taught us C++.

Where I live, there are no programming courses.. Annoyin.
But anyway, if there was one they probably would do something like VB or Java. I'm a C++ guy...

At my high school we only got to learn visual basic. I wish we could have learned c++ or even java.
