You are correct but The Pro said himself if you got any prestige for free or by points from other users you will be suspended.....not banned.

i did notice that, and i think they are wrong for that, many are just getting console banned and suspended gt's.

My GT is fine though its just my console that was banned so I'm not sure what to think.

IMO. i think it crazy how people who have the modded xboxs got what the rules state while some of the people who get banned get invited in.
So IDK what to think. i just wanna think Pro's doing his best to make it fair, even if i dont think it is.

you doubt what would happen? my father spent 1 hour on the phone talking to these people, they searched my gamertag/console serial number and it says nothing, or states why im console banned

loophole. PEOPLE if you mod ur gamertag you can get banned. but it does improve your gameplay
