I used for building ect.. And u can make fake spawners if u spawn in a mob spawner

Mossy Cobblestone is a decoration block AKA To make buildings look pretty. You could use it to trick other players into thinking there is a spawner, thus luring them into a trap or whatever diabolical scheme you have up your sleeve.
