Sorry to ruin your theory, but mine is more plausible. Just before the screen cuts to black, you see a foggy, cold-air blast, like when you fire the winter's fury from BO1. Plus, the temperature meter says 1k, which if it is a ice-based weapon, represents 1 kelvin, or -272 CELSIUS. The only thing I'm confused about is the RPM meter.

mark lamia said you can either take the bus across the map or on foot, not a motrocycle. in response to billman29350s comment i would like to say one of the leaked achievements was "Use an alternate form of transportation." This fulfills that requirement. Mark lamia is not allowed to tell or give hints to the community regarding achievements so he leaves it up to us to actually play the game and figure it out. that is why he said what he said regarding the on foot or bus are the only means of transportation. there is a chance that this theory could be true. we will have to wait and see. now i still believe its a weapon but rather made from motorcycle parts though because we are now allowed to create things such as riot shields from car doors so why not a weapon?
