If it is dynamic, then just reset your router, but they usually change every fortnight or so anyway. But in the unlikely case that it's static, then you are stuck.

turn off router for 30 seconds....
turn it back on.
That's the only method I know of.
I'm sure there's 12938120931731 more ways you can do it if you don't want to do that.

how do i know if its static or not and i just turned it off and turned it back on but nothing happened?

Try turning off your router for 30 sec and plug it back in.
