They dont help tried plenty of time all they do is give me a link to the ToS which I did not violate any of those. This is what Xbox Support told me

If you put it that way, it sounds silly. But you could sue them for violating their Terms and Agreements (at least I believe they did as I have heard from other people). And you would be fighting for the rights of other gamers

Yea maybe if like 20-30 XBL members came together and did it, but one gamer, highly doubt anything would happen
