there will never be a modding tool for NBA 2k13 as offline uses Sp and online use vc, but you can buy vc with Microsoft points,let say you have 200 vc but you wanna max Ur 3 pt and it cost 4000 vc click purchase it will say you don't have enough but after a few seconds it will pop up say x to buy vc. its only 240 Microsoft points for 10k vc or 80 for 5k

you can't get aroud the currencies used online vs offline. as i said offline uses sp no vc
