I woul say if you get your console banned dont be suprised, I had 11 days and still got banned.

Oh shit.. Ive had 10 for about... Lets say a week or a week and a half now and nothing happened, Is their still a large chance of ban?

Not sure to be honest I been 10th for about 3 weeks now and I havn't been on MW2 since 1/25/10 and still got hit. I would say just expect it so if it does happen your not suprised. Dont want to freak you out or anything but just giving you a heads up

If you are 10th prestige 70, and you have played over 8 days, then you are not going to be banned. If you have played for less, they will only suspend you ( yes that means you will be banned for a few days to a week tops ). The reason that they will be doing this is because M$ is afraid of losing their players... If they lose players, they lose money. Therefore, they will not ban you.

P.S. If you have tampered with the leaderboards at all (i.e. messing with you k.d or your score, etc.) you will be permanately banned. Sorry, you should have thought about what you were doing in the first place.

Sources: My great friend-iDon'tuserubberz has told me all this info.. and it has been confirmed by him. He tampered with his xbox and it is banned and so is he, do not bother sending him FR, he will make a new acc and JB xbox shortly... He is very reliable and i believe him 100%

It does appear that IW are not banning based on game time, but some other stat completely, such as max xp per kill, or per game, something to that affect
