im trying to recover my account to my xbox but i dont remember my email address. i remember my password but not my email. if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated

Go on xbox.com and try the forgot email option, if that doesn't work you could try contacting xbox support.

there is no button that says forgot email and i've tried to contact xbox support but they said that they couldent help me because i dont remember the phone number i put on it. but thanks anyways

Try contacting Xbox Live support. Tell them your Gamertag and that you forgot your email.

Do you still have access to your account on an old xbox? If so just copy your account to a flash drive and put it on your current xbox. From there you can access account settings and find your email there.

Contact microsoft, ask them what the email is to that gamertag, they should tell you after they confirm that it's the account holder.
