I would have to say get a new xbox dude.

its says failure to authorize disk when i play ghost recon and its says open tray to all my games so you will have to buy a new xbox to stop the problem

I had the same problem when I tried to play Ghost Recon Future Soldier and I had to get a disk tray, in short new disk tray.

That means a bad disk usually.

I had the same thing happen to me on my old Xbox 360 Arcade, I had to literally slam it against the stand to get it to play a new disk. Quite annoying when you want to transition between games. If your console still has a warranty, you could register its' warranty online and possibly get it repaired, or replaced. Unfortunately, my console did not have a warranty, in the end I had to purchase a new one. No problems with the slim, so far.

Doesn't seem like there's anything wrong with the disk itself, not completely sure what causes the open trey error to occur, it could be your laser not resetting. There are a few online tutorials posted with possible "fixes" to the Open Trey Error, most would likely involve disassembling your console, however this will void the console's warranty, so it's not advised. There are also unconfirmed methods of fixing the Open Trey Error, they unlike the latterly stated, usually do not involve opening your console. Most of those tutorials can be found via Google, YouTube, Bing, etc.
