My complete package is BT Infinity 2 Fibre optic, im getting roughly 50mbps DL speed and 20 - 30 mbps Upload, So not bad :p

It's not the ISP's fault your connections go down, it's:
1. Whoever they rent the line off
2. The bad copper/FO cables they installed, which would take 10,000s to replace.
But, they can limit your connection. And they do.
