A quick search on google would probably give you 'proof' that it was a Beta, it's not hard to find.
Also considering he supposedly got a C&D because of Project Acid, I expect the only people he actually knows at this point are lawyers lol..

Modding and hacking are totally different things so don't compare them

I think modding should be allowed...privately. Example would be private match and it wouldn't touch your leaderboards. It would be a whole new menu like system link and split screen. I like modding games but with system link with my friends. I'm not intrested in prestige but more of audio/vido mods. Laser, promod, being able to fly a harrier out there, forge mode, ect. But that's just my opinion.

Any on-line hacks or modifications ruin games on consoles full stop. On PC it's a different matter...

All the people who have the game have the beta, which has no firewall and is easily obtainable. I can tell you categorically, that the game will not be hacked when it comes out, nor will it be hacked with in the first 2-3 months of realise.

My opion about modding BO2 is that its amazing that it is modded already haha, but i do want to play it without getting killed by aimbot, wallhacks, ect. So if the dev's do see this please wait until the next game comes out to release the mods publicly!!

1. the guy who hacked/modded BO2 only modded offline, nothing was online.
2. it was a pre build of the game, not even the "Phoenix" build that is supposedly the "beta" thats going around.
3. it doesn't matter if he modded the pre build before phoenix because they have changed the game numerous times since gamescom and eurogamer.
4. your probably a 10 year old who cant play call of duty and is only on this site to leech for 10th prestige lobbies.

ya i'm 15, honestly i like to prestige legitly. its more fun. i think its awesome because they were able to get the game and get past all the code and security s*** and make it work! not cuz i want the mods just cuz of how they do it, it amazing.

If they get released BO2 will be a terrible game and I may have to go back to MW3 and that was a terrible game.
