so i flashed my Liteon and i was getting an open trey every time it read's my retail discs, it wont even read DVD's. So i ordered a brand new laser from amazon and made sure it was the right kind for my liteon and i assemble everything and i keep getting the open tray any one know what else i can do ?

i had the same problem with a different drive what i had to do is clean the thing that spins the disk it was shitty and if that doesn't work make sure your laser is clean and then if that doesn't work you will probably have to get a new drive and have it flashed to you dvd key to get it to run on you xbox.
