Somehow i have the option to upload Custom Thumbnails to my video's but i'm not Partnered with any Network.
Why is this? , i mean i'm thankful and all but just want to see if anyone knows why.

Youtube is slowly giving everyone features that partners usually get. Thumbnails was the update for october, November, should be giving everyone banners, but not to sure, i know there upating the video player again though soon.

I just got custom thumbnails last night around 10. So far it's pretty cool.
