Let's see if you can make this. The picture will have a black background with a white frame on the outside and my name in it with it going white as the lining then blue in the letter middle then white inside lining then below it 5 gold stars. Can you do it?

I could try, but this sounds so simple it could be made in gimp... is what your thinking that simple or am I reading it wrong?

Yes I didn't want it to be so hard but I would like it to be 3D somehow
