You just have to find them on bosses like terramorphis or trade with friends or people here on the tech game and get people to dupe them for you.

I highly dought this is gunna get patched.

Its only working on one gamesave, so, how are they gunna figure out whats the problem, and

Your badass rank carries over to all of you characters, so if you have 1000 tokens and you switch characters you'll still have those tokens to spend.

I got over 1 million baddass rank just buy doing this 1 time on Vault hunter mode, lol
