it wont boot, it wont load xell ( xell reloaded ) nothing works

Same thing happened to me. Found out my jtag red ring couple months later. Leave your jtag off for weeks and try again.

The same thing happened to me, and all i needed was to have a re-ball! If you live in the UK, look up JTAG-Galore and he does it for something like 30. As long as you didn't update the dash using a M$ update, your JTAG can be revived
