hey im going for the all side missions achievement so i was just wondering how many side missions is there i have 28 undiscovered does that mean i only have 28 more to do?

It means you haven't discovered them yet...
It's when there's [!] on your map, after completing these they could give you more to do so you could have more then 28 left. Also the circle of slaughters and terramorphous.
