For just under $600 this is a terrible system. You can do so much better if you build your own.

Everytime someone builds there own, it comes out to be way more than their budget! Also, some people don't know what the hell to do with the parts when they get them all bungled up in a box.

I'm addressing the elephant in the room first. You'll live. This is a $400 computer at best, not $600. You shouldn't have listed the price if its not relevant to the question.

Whenever I see this, I imagine a child having a mini temper tantrum becuase he's not getting what he wants. Building your own is ALWAYS the best option, and it always comes out lower than buying a prebuilt piece of garbage. Building your own is never over budget, you're buying each complement. Unless you're bad at elementary math, you shouldn't spend more than you need to. Building a PC takes no more than a screw driver, common sense and possibly newegg's tutorial videos. It doesn't take much.
r00t hit the nail on the head, this PC is not good for the price at all. Though it would suit your purposes alright, it could be better and cheaper.
