If you can't draw out an answer for 20 characters, then you shouldn't respond. When you answer someone, it should be a thorough answer. If it is a "yes" or "no" question, then explain why it is a "yes" or "no." Getting 20 characters in is very simple to do.

Warnings have been issued for doing this for well over 6 months.
It is said by staff that if no reply is longer than 25 characters then it is a useless reply.

Why would you randomly make a pointless post.
Half the people on here with 1k posts in less than a month spam across the forums.
Posts should be for a reasonably constructive point to talk across, or simply to help someone out.
It's just like when people wait on topics to post on just to say "cool, well done bro."
^^ POINTLESS.
