You know what? Take your laptop into a shop, I can't be bothered. We can't identify your exact issue, because we can't sit in front of it and use it.

Seriously, nobody replied in 13 minutes and you're whining about it? Patience is pretty awesome, you should try it.

Haha thank you! People want free assistance, but have zero patience, his issue seems to be software based, I am still offering to help, but I feel like people don't appreciate us techs on here. They just get mad and rarely say thank you.

Instead of disabling it why not uninstall it?

This is probably your only option.

Is there a reasoning to why you can't uninstall it?

If it is because it won't uninstall you should download Revo Uninstaller.

It will force uninstall it.

It uninstalls pretty much anything.

Great program to have for things like that.

Exactly how I feel. Rep would be appreciated also, but they never give it.

Yup, it makes me wonder why I offer my help, but I guess it's because I'm just trying to put some coin in the karma bank, it's fascinating how this site has gone downhill from a couple of years ago, people have a hard time respecting others on the internet until you take their information and sell it, then they cry and beg for your help...idk the internet is a funny place :offtopic:

*OP* You need to uninstall that program to get yourself running smooth, if you run into issues after this let us know, don't be afraid to use google either, we are here to give you information, but we won't hold your hand the whole time because other people need help too, try to make this a learning experience
