I want to use my friends account to get all of his DLCs and he will let me if he finds out how to move them on his second account and give them to me. Please help....

Both accounts and consoles can get banned if you choose to do this, in addition to hefty penalities should you get dragged into court for piracy violations. Just buy it yourself, much less expensive.
