Go to Thousand Cuts, go through the main gate and turn right. Keep going until you reach the small metal plank bridge, don't cross it, but if you look left there will be an arrow indicating to go down the stairs. Go all the way down the stairs and at the bottom there will be a cave, place 4 eridian on the pillar which will then open a door in front of you. Travel to that area and terramorphus is in there.

run the varkids around thefarmhouse at tundra express and you will eventually get this...
