Is it possible to reset my division from division 1 (offline) back to division 5?
Without delibirately loosing every game

Will I get my coins I sold my Gerrard for around 28k and he disappeared from my trade pile and I got no coins

You will get them eventually,its a known bug to EA there working on it:)

For people that are asking about players stuck in the trade pile, try getting on from an iPad or other device besides a desktop and console. Download the app Puffin to use flash.
It has worked for me and a friend.
