None of them, as the phones have been upgraded threw the years, the claim to add better graphics, better UI, but it comes with a price, Processing power is usually strained causing battery life to be low, the phones you have named all have this problem

all great phones but i would say the iPhone 5. apple is what im used to and a phone that can act as an iPod is great. im sure other phones can do that but im familiar with apple and i dont like change.

I would go with the iPhone 5 but it depends what os you prefer and are use to.
