The pic David V. tweeted is the Phoenix build, about 100 people have it and can play it online. It is the build that they used at that event that hutch, nadeshot, ect. went to to play it. It is NOT the final build and it will NOT be released to the public. Now stop fantasizing and wait a month.

You think when game developers release a public beta they use their final build? Its called a beta for a reason; don't rule out any variable.
